I really had a great experience with IT IS ENT [Capital Otolaryngology] and Dr. Yoo. I was suffering from some painful throat problems and occasional coughing spasms that made it very difficult to breathe. I reached out to Dr. Yoo to request an appointment via the email process on Thursday early afternoon; she called me back (as requested) early that same evening; and by Friday morning I was in her office. Wow! The appointment itself was incredibly thorough and lasted nearly an hour (not common in my experience). Her diagnosis was clear and definitive, and the treatment plan was also crystal clear. One week later I can report that I am most definitely "on the mend."
